WHY CHOOSE MURDOCH ESPORTS?
Murdoch Esports is the biggest club at Murdoch University with over 300 registered members yearly. The club’s community is welcoming to anyone and everyone, we have each other’s back no matter the console or game choice. The club caters to both competitive and social players. We run both tournaments and casual events throughout the semesters. Averaging eight events a semester there is always something to do or get excited for.
The Murdoch Vikings Esports Teams represent Murdoch University in 6 different games: League of Legends, Counter Strike: Global Offensive, Overwatch, Rainbow 6 Siege, Rocket League and DOTA 2. They are the highest caliber of players at the university, who represent us on the national esports scene. We are always looking for the newest talent in these games, and to help improve those players through facilitating as much practice as possible. Every team is always accepting new applications, and players who apply will be informed if they make the team!
